Advertisers agree that www.steelsurplusonline.com will be paid a 5% commission on all one-off sales advertised on the site and 2 _% commission on regular repeat sales generated thereafter.

www.steelsurplusonline.com will only release details of advertisers contact details on receipt of 5% of advertisers price. All commission will be refundable if the deal is not fully completed due to; failure to deliver, goods are mis-described etc.

All prices advertised should be on a ‘collected’ basis.

www.steelsurplusonline.com is registered with the Data Protection Act 1998.

The final transaction is between the advertiser (seller) and the customer (buyer) and it is under their respective terms and conditions that the transaction is to be conducted.
